About the Artist

Our lives can take us on amazing, unexpected and wonderful journeys. Through photography I find this especially true. I have been drawn to photography most of my life, but it was not until after the birth of my children that I began to develop a passion for capturing all the little details we want to preserve forever.

After 10 wonderful years as an elementary teacher and staying at home with young children for a few years I decided to pursue a career in photography. It was always something I loved and the timing seemed to fit, so I enrolled in college photography classes. I attended for several years and then decided to start a business in 2007. I love learning and I am constantly attending seminars and workshops to advance my knowledge in the industry.

I love my job of creating artful images that will truly reflect you and your relationships. I treasure the opportunity to get to know my clients and provide them with images that they will cherish for a lifetime.
